But when I ask it to transfer me to reception, it says it can’t. Then, when I ask it to resolve the issue, it tells me that only reception can help. I have been going to my doctor at Towerhill Medical for 13 years now. Absolutely love her! Always outstanding care and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend!
