A friend who uses a wheelchair was denied access to the building. I'll never go there again.

There's access in the rear and from the side there should be no reason they were denied
Why in the world would your employee tell a man and his wife that you would NOT open your handicap door for them!!??. There are LAWS that protect the handicap! ! I hope you get a fine

Rest assured the owners are looking into this. An attempt to reach out to the individual personally so we can obtain more information and review our security cameras as well as talk to the staff but we are awaiting a response. None of the doors are locked during business hours and all are equipped with a "exit bar" to open the doors at any time without assistance.
