I purchased a steel building from Tower Steel and was really glad I did. Every other company had sales reps that hounded me down, constantly came back with different pricing, selling me on buildings I didnt even want. Not with Tower Steel. The Sales Rep was very knowledgeable, they ensured the design was what I wanted, and being a Canadian company, their price in comparison was SIGNIFICANTLY lower than some of the competitors. In 2020, I purchased a metal building from Tower Steel Buildings, it was when Covid-19 started , I was apprehensive regarding delivery times as I needed to erect my building on time to vacate the rented facily I had, I can say that Tower Steel came through with the delivery earlier than anticipated, after erecting it we had a missing cable which was sent to us immediately, all parts did match, no headaches , Guy was very helpful helping us to get a crew to do the erection of the building, it was a good experience dealing wi... read more
I had a great experience with Tower Steel Buildings, I bought a 30 x 40 garage building from them. Their quoted price was the lowest compared to other companies. Nick was very helpful and answered all my questions from start to finish. He was the most pleasant salesman I’ve ever dealt with. They also researched the area where the building will be located and added two extra beams free of charge because of the heavy snow load that we get. Worst company to deal with, I give them our Ottawa shop project for them to build. After 9 months of waiting they haven't start yet finally I head enough than I had to kick them out of the project. Before They were calling me every day to get the job maybe twice a day but after I sign the contract and pay them deposit of $50.000 they don't answer the calls left voice mail maybe they return your call after weeks if you are lucky and when they call always has an excuse, Now I need to pay Lawyer to take them court get my depos... read more
