Worst company I have ever dealt with. Things started off well when I was getting my estimate and plan together. Once I sent my intial deposit I was passed off to someone new and have never be able to get ahold of the first person again. Sure Danielle is great to talk to when planning your purchase but what sales person drops all forms of contact once the order is placed. May be blunt and direct to the point, but this is the professional service & quality that's needed today. Ordered a 60 x 120 insulated building for a side project of mine. Shopped around a few vendors before finalizing Tower Steel. Dealt with Guy, who knew his stuff. Found out he's been in the industry for over 25 years so he has the old school, no nonsense approach. My advice...DO NOT BUY FROM TOWER STEEL. Don't let their competitive price fool you. Worst customer service experience I've ever had. Their communication is great until you make the deposit. Once they have your intial deposit and especially your fabrication deposit, they just won't answer your calls, emails, etc. I've had the unfortunate experience of working with Celeste Westwood and Guy Del grande (If that's even their real names) . I had a great experience with Tower Steel Buildings, I bought a 30 x 40 garage building from them. Their quoted price was the lowest compared to other companies. Nick was very helpful and answered all my questions from start to finish. He was the most pleasant salesman I’ve ever dealt with. They also researched the area where the building will be located and added two extra beams free of charge because of the heavy snow load that we get. In 2020, I purchased a metal building from Tower Steel Buildings, it was when Covid-19 started , I was apprehensive regarding delivery times as I needed to erect my building on time to vacate the rented facily I had, I can say that Tower Steel came through with the delivery earlier than anticipated, after erecting it we had a missing cable which was sent to us immediately, all parts did match, no headaches , Guy was very helpful helping us to get a crew to do the erection of the building, it was a good experience dealing wi... read more
