I recently bought a townhome, and the HOA covers exterior maintenance, including the roof. I contacted the HOA on 11/21/2025, and the Association Manager promptly entered a work order to inspect a couple of shingles that looked raised or unsecured. Tower Roofing arrived within a few days and emailed me a helpful heads-up beforehand, noting that I didn’t need to be home.
