From the very first phone call, this vet has absolutely impeccable service. They are friendly, attentive, and I can tell they truly care about my babies. Dr. English is warm, knowledgeable, and I left feeling confident in all of her recommendations. I left my last vet because of their customer service. Tower is completely making up for that! I'm SO glad I found them!
Dr English and her staff are the best! Having a 16 year old companion dog, I needed a vet who understood the challenges of a geriatric pet. I'd tried two other clinics, but frankly got more accurate information from online forums. Dr. English has a wealth of knowledge treating pets young and old. I've been nothing but satisfied.
