RecommendedDr. English and the staff were so incredibly kind and helpful. We brought in our 10 week old puppy for a wellness visit and they answered all of our questions. We are new to this breed and felt very well educated about shots, health and planning for the first year. I would highly recommend!
Terrible experience and a huge waste of time. Needed my dog's vaccination records updated and waited nearly a week for a visit and brought him in. Found out when taking him to the pet hotel two days later that the vet had not even read the vaccination records correctly and didn't update. When I called Dr. English she was extremely rude and hung up on me. I am horrified at the level of service I received and her attitude as a professional as well as the incomplete service that I received.
I love this place.. They were very good. And The veteran. Is my cousin😘 So please go It's a black owned business...
I meet them when I lost Spud my Boston. they did what they could but he was,too far gone. he past from,old age. they made him comfortable and no pain when he went to sleep. After that I have taken my fur babies to see,them. awesome people and care.

We have a new Wire Hair Fox Terrier that met Dr English today. We had taken our sweet Izzie to her and received the highest care for her later failing years All the staff knew Izzie and treated her with love. The only vet for our family is the Tower Road Animal Hospital family. Five stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ❤️ They are:courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and loving to all animals and their humans.
Everyone there is kind and compassionate. They really care.
If I could give them more than 5⭐️ I would I had read a bunch of great reviews on Facebook when I was thinking of putting my 14 year old dog down… I woke up Tuesday morning and she was really sick dry heaving and not acting herself. At this point, I knew it was time. 💔 I drove over to Tower animal Hospital, I was a complete mess, bawling and could barely speak...It is always a heartbreaking moment when you have to say goodbye to a loved one. Tower Road Animal Hospital is without a doubt my favorite vet clinic I have been to. Dr. English, her vet technicians, and the receptionist, are all very informative, caring, and kind. I've always felt like my pets were getting the best, and some of the most affordable care. I would recommend Tower Road Hospital to every pet owner in the Green Valley Ranch, Aurora, and Montbello area, because it's simply the best!
