The Tower restaurant in Washington, PA, has been closed for several years. My wife and I were frequent diners. The food was pretty good, and the service excellent. Unfortunately, the building became infested with roaches, and a variety of other pests. Customers chose other restaurants. We really miss the Tower. The building remains vacant. Sad.
