My complaint also is the long wait. When I got there there was nobody there then everybody came at once it seemed. Ended up spending 3 hours there. What's the point of the appointment? They gave me some kind of reason like if they have questions for you. That doesn't make sense. A bunch of patients came and went before they got to me. They need to overhaul the scheduling. Every time I go there they scare me into thinking I have breast cancer. Then they ask "are you so glad you don't have cancer?". Now I'm mad that you scared... read more
They are not answering calls.
This diagnostic center was very disappointing. I scheduled an appointment two weeks prior. Every damn day I received text messages confirming and reminding me of my scheduled appointment. Why two hours before my appointment I get a call my appointment was canceled because of equipment failure. I get things happen but when I called to reschedule the representative could not be understood clearly due to a heavy accent. I don't care who answers the phone but at least be able to pronounce the words to convey to the caller proper... read more
Had routine lab work scheduled- they canceled twice less than 12 hours in Advance . Very disappointed
