My complaint also is the long wait. When I got there there was nobody there then everybody came at once it seemed. Ended up spending 3 hours there. What's the point of the appointment? They gave me some kind of reason like if they have questions for you. That doesn't make sense. A bunch of patients came and went before they got to me. They need to overhaul the scheduling.
Great experience! In and out in less than an hour. I had a chest MRI and the Technician was very helpful.

Because of my falling and fracturing my spine in several places, before my spinal surgery the next day, I was sent here (insurance aproved) for another dexa scan...45 minutes later she asks AFTER I SHOWED HER THE APPROVAL FROM HUMANA why I'm having bg a second one...I KNOW they require pre approval, and that's WHY I had them send it to me so I could show them....about to find another place to go...
