If I could give a zero that would be the rating I would choose. Living in a property owned by Tower Park Management has been the worst living experience I have ever had. I could go on and on all night about the problems I have had with this company but they could care less about their tenants as long as they collect the rent checks.

This is just another shady property management company. Don’t waste your time or money dealing with them. I moved into one of their properties and the woman Maggie who worked in the office when I applied was no longer working there by the time I moved in. There’s two women Jamelle (could be spelling that wrong) and Madison in there now. Almost two weeks after moving in I get a notice from the regional property manager Tracy about a balance so I called and Madison said it was a $300 amenities fee that I was never told about a... read more

Inaccurate charges. Some nimrod either can’t manage their books and intentionally committing fraud. My attorney will bring all of this out very soon. Shady practices STAY AWAY!!!!!
