The Tower on the Maumee (formerly named the Fiberglas Tower) was originally constructed in 1967 as part of the urban renewal project known as “Riverview”. In addition to the Tower, the Riverview project included Levis Square Park and the Riverview Parking Garage. The Tower was the headquarters for the Owens-Corning Fiberglas Co. for more than 20 years. Wow! I toured this property recently and was blown away! The manager, Hailey, was fun, professional and knew the property very well. On the tour we also met another employee from maintenance who was friendly and inviting! The views are STUNNING as well. I am looking forward to making this my home later this year.
Love this place, I lived here 3 yrs ago, and just came back due to a work contract, washer n dryer, 24-hour security, parking garage and beautiful views...very fun in the summer
