The Tower on the Maumee (formerly named the Fiberglas Tower) was originally constructed in 1967 as part of the urban renewal project known as “Riverview”. In addition to the Tower, the Riverview project included Levis Square Park and the Riverview Parking Garage. The Tower was the headquarters for the Owens-Corning Fiberglas Co. for more than 20 years. Love living here! Beautiful views from all sides of the building. Especially sunrise from the river side. Love having Wandering Bean coffee shop downstairs as well as Balance restaurant. Office and maintenance teams are friendly and professional.
