I lived in 66 Howard Drive apartment for 17 years because we had no choice to move due to financial issues. Now it been 3 years we moved out But these apartment was horrible. They have black mold which caused me asthma. They also had big mouse and cockroaches. Due to black mold we had to throw out every furniture in our apartment. The workers who work in the office are rude. At this point I have nothing but praise for all of the staff at Elm Estates. Everyone is extremely courteous and very helpful. No issues here !
I‘ve lived here for years and it’s gotten worse! The apartments are outdated, the outside of some of the units, including mine looks HORRIBLE! I use to live in the projects and had a better living experience. There is Ivy Lane, Liberty Gardens and Omni Associates. If you must move here go to Ivy Lane and Liberty- OMNI is soooooo bad!! I’ve been on the waiting list to get the heck out this section. They don’t care for this section, maybe because it’s the lowest rent compared to the other two.
