At this point I have nothing but praise for all of the staff at Elm Estates. Everyone is extremely courteous and very helpful. No issues here !
I‘ve lived here for years and it’s gotten worse! The apartments are outdated, the outside of some of the units, including mine looks HORRIBLE! I use to live in the projects and had a better living experience. There is Ivy Lane, Liberty Gardens and Omni Associates. If you must move here go to Ivy Lane and Liberty- OMNI is soooooo bad!! I’ve been on the waiting list to get the heck out this section. They don’t care for this section, maybe because it’s the lowest rent compared to the other two. The mangent is not nice he is a slum lord and no likes him because I I live there once but I was in the hospital and he was charging me for my stuff in the apartment.
