Tower loan is a criminal organization who thrives on taking advantage of people in as many ways as it can. Their employees are blatantly rude and deceptive. The company itself sells bogus insurances from companies which they own, often without even telling the customer the useless insurances have been added. So after being out of work for a month and just feuding back, my first check wiki be for 1 week and 2nd a full check finally. I'm 1 payment behind with them and few other bills, my car payment, insurance, and child support takes priority until I get on my feet. Trust me when I say I don't won't to be behind just as bad if worse than them. To whom this may concern: I went into my local Tower Loan office to pay on my bill. Since getting the loan i have ask them to give me a pay date closer to my own pay date. I was told that that will never happen. if I want a loan close to my pay day gthen I would have to re-write the loan itself which would cost me an additional $200. The employees started calling me stupid for thinking that they will not get their money. i walked back in and told them that they were very unprofessional. All 3 of the employees call me stupid and told me to just watch and see how they will get the money from me. this is one of the worst and i do mean worst company I have ever dealt with. Please do not borrow from Tower Loan what ever you do. How you stand by and let your customers be handled like this. All of them should be fired for this type of behavior. This place was near jackson, ms, but I will not say where. They are so rude. It was mostly the manager. I was late on a payment in which that never happend and I called to let them know that something in the family had come up and it would be a little late. He called my house 5 times in one wk and was so rude about it. I was so nice and I told him I was sorry. I felt like this was harassment. I HAVE BEEN A LONG TERM OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER ALWAYS PD ON TIME OR BEFORE.MY HUSBAND LOST HIS JOB IN FEB 2010 DUE TO ILLNESS. WE HAVE APPLIED FOR DISABILITY BUT YOU KNOW HOW LONG THAT TAKES. I AM IN THE WHOLE AT LEAST 1500.00 MONTHLY. I AM MAKING A PAYMENT EVERY MONTH MAYBE NOT BY DUE DATE BUT BY EOM. I AM UNABLE TO GET IT CAUGHT UP IT'S JUST IMPOSSIBLE RIGHT NOW. I recently became a customer and now am regretting such a stupid decision on my part to go through this company. I was never notified either by phone or on contract as to when payments started or what date.Now this group expects me to pay for their NEGLIGENCE!!!!,it'll be a cold day in hell before that happens. Oh and the Better Business Bureau has been contacted.There will be results.

I have never in my life been treated like these people have treated me. My husband is the one on the loan, and he was laid off for a period of about 5 months. He has paid off any loans he has had with them in the past, and never had problems. This time when we finally had to end up filing bankruptcy, Nathan Robinson of the Corinth, MS branch was the MOST horrible person I've ever come into contact with.
