We have been going to Tower House for years and Jerry and Brian have always been able to solve our computer and networking needs. Most recently, I was getting ready for a very important business trip to Texas and my computer crashed the afternoon I was to leave... I called up, and even though it was late in the day and they were completely booked up, Jerry logged on remotely and within an hour, i was back up and running - disaster averted! I would HIGHLY recommend these guys!!
