I have 3 rental properties that Tower Realty has managed for the past 8-9 years. Up until last year, before they merged with Tower Realty of Tucson, I was satisfied with their service. Since the merger, the level of service has dropped off. Services such as a deep cleaning of the property before tenant occupancy, having a handyman, testing electrical outlets and replacing burned out lightbulbs, someone authorized to coordinate with Cox Communications to troubleshoot any problems to ensure the property was ready for occupancy... read more

The office support staff returned my call and was informative.
I've had 10 calls to CJ, she's seems very intent on finding us a place, always promising to call back or email (she has our information) each time but has not followed through. Maybe this review will help
Love the food and the servers are great.
