I worked with Carolee of Tower Realty and she's the best. She showed me homes to look at and stayed with me until I found one. Thumbs up, to Carolee.
Never seen such a one-sided contract, all in favor of the company and hardly any protections for the owner. I will look else where.
I have 3 rental properties that Tower Realty has managed for the past 8-9 years. Up until last year, before they merged with Tower Realty of Tucson, I was satisfied with their service. Since the merger, the level of service has dropped off. Services such as a deep cleaning of the property before tenant occupancy, having a handyman, testing electrical outlets and replacing burned out lightbulbs, someone authorized to coordinate with Cox Communications to troubleshoot any problems to ensure the property was ready for occupancy... read more
