I had a terrible experience with the maintenance staff. One of the maintenance workers was extremely rude and treated me in a way that felt racist and disrespectful. No one should have to feel uncomfortable or singled out while simply living in their home. I’m very upset by how I was treated. I would not recommend living here if this is how residents are treated.
Derek is the best!! He is so kind and helpful with everything. It's always a pleasure chatting with him! Like any apartment complex, this place is far from perfect, but having great management is a huge plus.
I've been living here since January and my landlord and all the office staff have been amazing with helping me with anything I may need or have needed
The office staff and maintenance team are fantastic! They are always so friendly and welcoming - I'm so happy I chose Tower Hill !!!!
Don't move here if you have toddlers. This isn't the place for you.
