Kristy and Derek at the Tower Hill Landings office have been so wonderful with me and my family. They are very friendly and responsive and they made my transition to Rhode Island easy. The buildings and landscaping are always being maintained so that the property looks beautiful and I am very happy with my apartment space.
Kristy and Derek have gone above and beyond to accommodate myself and my service dog. They made the moving process a breeze, explaining every step and responding promptly to all my silly little questions. I had some initial concern that I would be met with trouble in regards to having a service dog but Kristy and Derek have welcomed Darwin and I with open arms and have taken time to get to know us personally and make sure we are comfortable with our new home and our new environment. I lived here for 4 years and had an amazing experience! The leasing management and maintenance staff were all so kind and always made sure I was taken care of.
