The office staff and maintenance team are fantastic! They are always so friendly and welcoming - I'm so happy I chose Tower Hill !!!!
Don't move here if you have toddlers. This isn't the place for you.
The property is poorly maintained and the staff is totally unresponsive The walls are paper thin way overpriced
Trying to escape this place, unfortunately will lose money if I terminate early, speaking to lawyer and will update this when I finalize the process. I believed what Kristy at the leasing office said before signing the lease, my mistake. It has been hell, I just want to leave. First week, kitchen flooded. She blamed the old tenant but the dishwasher was never checked. All doorknobs loose within first two weeks. New granite countertop already cracking/splitting in one place. Smaller countertop is not even attached to the wall... read more
