They do not follow property laws AT ALL. There is a right all tenants have called PEACEFUL ENJOYMENT OF PROPERTY. It doesn't have to be in the lease for it to be LEGALLY BINDING. They allow druggies to blast music so loud you cannot hear polite conversation in your own apartment. And they sent out a mass text to their tenants on June 5th to give 5☆ reviews, take a screenshot of the posted review, email the screenshot to them and they are putting you in a lottery for $100. Currently under new management, current manager seems to be very on task and helpful, work orders get completed in a timely manner, always polite and willing to chat. Units are being updated before they come up for rent so they have the new home smell and feel! 10/10 recommend

Submitted an application, paid fees, and still cannot get in contact with anyone. Left multiple messages as well. Do not recommend.

I was vigilant and I got into my efficiency apartment 3 years ago and love it. We're under new management so hopefully they'll be easier to contact. The hours are 8:30 - 1:30 if that helps prospective residents
