This is the best urgent care I’ve ever been to. The nurse:/tech was pleasant and efficient and the PA was awesome. He printed out and sent me with more info regarding my diagnosis than any other primary care office. It was fast and thorough and I’ll only go to urgent care when I can come here (I’m also a nurse). I’ve also taken my children here. Highly recommend.
The front desk was nice and the doctors were very helpful. They patiently listened to us and treated accordingly.
Woman doing my assessment was pretty rude and said I didn’t need any restrictions for work for a sprained ankle. After working 9 hours with a boot in extreme pain I went in to ask for a note for work to have a chair once in a while. They said I couldn’t get a note because the person who did my assessment was not there that day and gave me attitude . Even though when I called before I came they told me a note would be no problem. After another 9.5 hour day I don’t think my ankle got any better.
They are very helpful n friendly. Highly recommended this place.
