The nurse and her 2 assistants were polite and courteous
I went to Tower Urgent Care for suture removal that I had placed out of town. Front desk woman was very pleasant, and explained the charge + process. The nurse who took my vitals was outgoing and sociable. The provider I was seen by was also very nice. She explained how the process would work, the risk involved, and was very gentle during the suture removal. Upon completion, she provided me with at-home directions to ensure everything stayed clean. Extremely rude and non-professional. My son went there for a urine/drug test for a job and the woman that was conducting the test had an attitude from the start. She was yelling because he misheard a piece of the direction that she had given. Why do you think you can yell at someone in an environment like that? Very unprofessional and rude!
