Dr. Hsu helped fix my broken nose! She explained everything very well and gave me very clear expectations. The surgery went very smoothly and my breathing is much better! She was also incredibly kind and friendly! All in all a wonderful experience! The surgery scheduler, Kenyana, was also extremely helpful and communicative!
I visited Tower ENT today and I couldn’t wait to come back and express how great my experience was! Dr Harsany is one the best doctors I have come across in the US. I have visited multiple specialists in the past and except from the fact that they don’t even bother to be explanatory and professional, sometimes I am scared that I might not even get the help that I need. My 90 years old parents had an appointment with Dr David L. Harsany last week and can't stop talking about highly positive and professional experience they both had. Worst experience ever. I was looking for Cedars Sinai ENT for applying for Hummingbird device the procedure for ears tubes, I googled “ ENT Cedars Sinai” and get this office “ENT Tower Cedars Sinai” I asked for the procedure Hummingbird, (Hummingbird ear tubes, also known as the Hummingbird Tympanovstomy Tube System (TTS), are a non-surgical option) they said that yes, they do it. We came here despite the bad reviews out of necessity. The front staff has no compassion or professionalism in person and over the phone. There are busier offices that still manage to be nice or pretend to help you. This lady litteraly hung up on me after I tried to explain what our question was. Extremely rude staff makes me never want to call again!
