I’ve had both pleasant and unpleasant experiences with Tower Bridge. I had been living at my apartment complex for over a year, when we were sold and they took over with a new owner. This initially caused worry as most of the tenants were worried about things changing. I was told by the owner Tom that nothing would change with our leases, which were month to month under the previous owner. Within in a few months all of us got notice that year leases would be given.
