Went to purchase a car from Tower Auto Mall and they told us to arrive at 3pm for the truck to be picked up. The truck didn’t arrive until 5pm. The entire time I watched the sales and customer service reps joking around in the back of the office while myself and a few other clients were waiting to either see a vehicle or purchase a vehicle.
