A great place to stay for low price. Just have to keep in mind some of the apartments have a bug problem. It's located near some great stores like Dollar tree, Starbucks, McDonald's, a gas station and more in very short walking distance like 20 seconds to 3 minutes.
Good for a single person, maintenance is crappy though. Clean, basic living. Satisfied for the most part. It's price right, and quiet.
Constant roaches and bedbugs coming out of light fixture ( and it was a lot of bedbugs) . I spent money trying to treat it and nothing worked so i left early. Some people in the area are probably using substances just based off their behavior alone... off place
I applied and was told that my rental history was the issue and I had them know before hand and she asked for my paystubs and a couple hours later she said my application was denied. But I wouldn't rent from them either.
