This is such a wonderful place to live! The location is great for walking to the beach or shops. Samantha and Brian are both so kind and welcoming, and go above and beyond to take care of everything you need. You can tell that they are the reason this is such a good place to rent. I was a bit hesitant to live in an older building but it's very well-maintained and clean, with spacious units. Neighbours respect the shared space (no messes left out) and are friendly. Overall a really comfortable place to live that feels safe!
We've really enjoyed living at Tower Apartments, thanks in large part to Samantha and Brian. They're always quick to respond, kind, humble, and go above and beyond to help. The property is also beautifully maintained — the grounds and common areas are always spotless, making it truly feel like home. Thank you both for everything you do!

The top two reasons to live here: 1) the location, and 2) the management. The location speaks for itself: bird sanctuary, shore line bike and walking paths, and beach. Walking distance to TJ’s, shops, cafes. The Tower management: Samantha and Brian are on-site and FANTASTIC. I've lived in A LOT of apartments over the years and I have to say this is the best complex and management I've ever encountered. The grounds are kept very clean. Vacuumed daily. Hallway carpets scrubbed monthly. The manager and maintenance staff are the best. They are very responsive. Any issue I've had (only 2 in 4 years) they were at my door within an hour to fix it.
