The driver of a Tow Time Towing truck decided that I had cut him off on the road so he took his huge flat bed tow truck (I drive a Honda) and deliberately merged into me on the highway forcing me to slam on the breaks and nearly hit another car.When I called the number on the truck, I spoke to the driver who proceeded to shout profanities and insults at me and hung up on me twice.
