You pay so much for a trailer just for the side to pop out every time you use it. customer serivce ghosted me after i asked if they would transport the trailer to the dealer to be fixed. This issue happened day one I used it. I dont like buying brand new things and it's broken only to be told i should see if someone can tig it to fix it... NO you dont buy brand new anything and have to spend money on something your not at fault for.

Massive thanks to Chelsea and Lloyd for my new Futura Super Sport trailer . They went above and beyond. Chelsea was extremely contactable and helped me with information about the trailer and organising collection . Upon collection Lloyd gave me a full rundown on how everything works . Nothing was to hard for them and they went out of their way to make the transaction as easy as possible . My experience with Tow Low Co has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional, marked by repeated misrepresentation, poor communication, and a clear inability to manage basic business operations. From the outset, key aspects of our agreement were clearly stated in writing and later not honoured.
