I have been a patient of Dr. Robert Tovey for over six years; my wife has been a patient for over twenty years. Please keep that in mind when reading this review. My bad experience started last Friday afternoon when I went in to pick up the glasses that I ordered right before the Governors stay at home orders during this pandemic. For many years, well over 15 years, my entire family has seen Dr. Tovey and he's always been professional and accommodating to our work and school schedules. It's family operated there at his office, and his wife is extremely knowledgable with all the products and insurance-related issues too. His grown kids work there too. A couple of times when I've taken son for his appointments, I've told Dr. Tovey, hey, I'm having an issue with my sight, he's simply said, we'll lets take a quick look at your eyes. Dr. Tovey is personable, professional and thorough. While I am a Costco member I still come to Dr. Tovey for eye exams.
