I have been a patient of Dr. Robert Tovey for over six years; my wife has been a patient for over twenty years. Please keep that in mind when reading this review. My bad experience started last Friday afternoon when I went in to pick up the glasses that I ordered right before the Governors stay at home orders during this pandemic.
