Out of This World--Best Spa! This place is incredible. It's beautiful and has a European feel to it. I came with 2 other girl friends of mine. We had the best time. I got the hot poultice massage--incredible. My other two girl friends got a facial and massage and were very happy. We lounged, relaxed in the hot tub and sauna and were treated like queens. Can't wait to go back!
I don't recommend it...sorry I thought treating myself to a day at the spa for my birthday was a good idea, but I will never indulge again. The employees were nice, but the services left something to be desired and the prices were very expensive. I recommend you do some further research before making your decision.
WOW!!! I went to Tova Day Spa at the Fairmont hotel with 4 of my girlfriends. We each chose two treatments. Before our treatments we were able to relax in the Jacuzzi and steam room. We were not charged extra for this luxury as it is complimentary. The staff was amazing and we were pampered from the moment we entered the spa. The prices are very reasonable when you compare it to other high end spas in the area. Tova spa is definitely top notch--I cannot wait to go back!
Terrible Overall Service The worst part of my Valentine's Day 2009 was my massage here (keep in mind that it's not owned or managed by the Fairmont). This was not my first time at an expensive spa, but it will certainly be my last time at Tova. Some tips if you insist on going here: 1. DO NOT ARRIVE LATE. In fact, arrive early (which none of their salespeople told us but it's written on page 28 of their 30-page booklet). Great! Went to Tova before the Tina Turner concert to treat myself to a massage. The staff was amazing and the owner was fantastic! My massage therapist was new to Tova but was really amazing! I will return very soon...
Amazing!! My husband and I went to Tova's for our anniversary. We each had a massage and a body treatment. (I also had a facial). The spa is gorgeous and the therapists were wonderful! We like to visit different day spas when we travel, and Tova's is one we will definitely visit again. The best part is that in many spas they rush you out the door as soon as you're done, but here we enjoyed the Jacuzzi and all the other wonderful amenities and did not have to pay extra for that-- it was included.
