I rented from them for 18 months/ one lease term. It was the perfect place for me for that part of my life. When I left I wanted to be financially responsible and get the full security deposit back. Both Brian and Bob were very good about communicating to me what the typical turn around check list was. So I took some time and did a little bit of touch up painting. From the condition of the apartment, cleanliness, to the cost of the rent we were always happy! In the three years we were tenants, if there was ever an issue or something that needed repair, Brian was quick to get someone from his maintenance crew there to fix the problem ASAP. We highly recommend Toussaint Property Management to anyone looking to rent! I’ll break it down plain and simple - pay your rent on time, keep the apartment in proper condition, don’t be a scumbag, you will easily have drama free long term housing!
