Did not accept to make an exchange after coming from a completely different state given there is not one where we live and even after showing an email from the Tous company itself saying we could go to any store to make an exchange as long as we had a receipt and the authenticity receipt. Yes, we were past our exchange window but not by much time and again, if you live in a different state then what are you supposed to do?
