Our property manager, Rich, is fantastic! He was able to get our application approved quickly and we moved in no issues. He was even able to have the fantastic maintenance men, Chris and Chris, come out on New Years day to do some upgrades before we fully moved in. I would highly recommend this company to all of my friends and family or any rental needs.

There is considerable garbage that has been left behind after the city took the bulk of it. I have let them know that there's random pieces of garbage and it's just going everywhere and they have done nothing. If this is how they treat the outside of the building how do they treat the inside of the building
