Frank is thorough. detailed and no nonsense! He is definitely an arithmetic who acts on the true meaning of the client/ attorney fiduciary relationship. Competent and knows his stuff! I will tell you, most attorneys do not know their clients, and Frank has represented me in several cases over the years and remembers each minor detail all the way down to when my children were small.
