I am 90 years old and have gone to Tournell's dentistry office (first, to Dr. Mark's father and then to him) for over 50 years. I am extremely pleased with Dr. Mark as well as the office staff. They are pleasant and professional, and they are very caring. My gum issues are well under control with their excellent at-home recommendations and thorough cleaning of my teeth. I would definitely recommend this dentist to others.
Dr. Tournell sent my 88 year old parent home without 3 front teeth the day before xmas. My parent fell and knocked out her teeth. He wanted an upfront payment of almost 600, 000 to just give her temporary teeth and 10K for 3 replacement teeth. Not our first experience with his gouging on price. Lacks compassion and is greedy. I would never recommend him to anyone.
We recommend everything about this dental office and dentist. My family has been toally cared for by them for 10+ years.
