I love everything about this place!
I would have given a five, as I love this store’s beautiful selection of Items, and the salespeople are so friendly and helpful. But I had a bad experience about two weeks ago. I guess the management has recently changed their “return policy” rules. My receipt says you have up to 365 days to return an item. When I went to return an item, two weeks ago, the salesperson said ” Now you only have 90 days to return an item, and you bought this item over 90 days ago.” Bloomingdale’s is a high class store. Having inherited my father-in-law's Submariner as I have a much smaller wrist I needed to have the band adjusted. I called Tourneau and Suzan said to come in. Within 30 minutes she had it fitting perfectly with enough play so as not to stretch the band. She was really great, totally professional, and the entire experience could not have been improved upon. Bravo Tourneau Century City.
