I have taken 3 different cars to TCI over the years and never had a single complaint. They ensure they look into the problem, explain in detail the repair and diagnostic and make sure I am comfortable with it before doing the work. They often times will even suggest alternatives that save me money even if it meant sending business elsewhere. I trust them completely with my vehicles.
I had used Touring many years ago and was happy with the service I got. After being without my 911 for ten years now I decided to buy a Boxster. After arranging my Pre-Purchase inspection with them I left it with them to fix a minor issue discovered at the inspection.
