Had a great workout at Tour yesterday for their Rihanna/Drake theme ride! I've been to several spin classes at LSU during undergrad but this was some next level shit. Fun, enthusiastic instructor, top of the line equipment/audio/lights, and a super welcoming environment. Looking forward to my next ride!
Yesterday was my first time-- although my body is all kinds of sore lol, I can't wait to go back! Everyone was so warm & helpful-- awesome experience all around...
