Briannas class is awesome! She's got a great playlist and the workouts go really well with the music so it helps me push myself - something I've missed in other cycling classes. Brianna is super encouraging and friendly but she also pushes me to go harder than I would on my own! Super nice facility without the pretentious feel. Also as a dancer with multiple knee injuries, I've found this is a great way to strengthen the muscles around my knees without the worry of another injury since you're attached to the bike.
Today was my fist time going to a cycle class. They disn't disappoint!! The class was so much fun and a total killer workout! I will be back for sure! Check them out!!!
I was in town with a group for a sales conference — what a great class. Lindsey is awesome- we were so pumped to get in a kick butt workout before eating our way thru NOLA and sitting at our meetings. Thank you for having amazing clean shower facilities too! So thoughtful!

Pros: registering for class, check in process, front desk greeting and welcome. Shoes, towel, water all provided and included in class fee. Studio is clean, state of the art with great bikes, lighting, and sound system. Cons: instructor should give more specific instruction on form and technique and keep instructor light on so participants can can see see what she is doing; use a more diverse playlist and skip the songs with the profanity.
