DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR DONE BY JOANNA I'm sorry but if your going to say your a specialist in doing blond hair please know what specialist means first and if you are unsure about doing blond then be honest she really messed up my niece hair and now my has to pay 300 to get it fixed by an ACTUAL PERSON WHOS KNOWS WHAT SHES DOING rushing through work and leaving parts uncolored and blocking clients is very unprofessional!
