Pedro and his team are the best. Showed up on time, gave a realistic appraisal of the work needed, gave us options, and when we gave the green light they were here on time and finished on time. Couldn't be happier with the new roof.
Great work. Pedro and his crew were exceptional. Work was done expeditiously with quality and care. Very transparent and honest in dealing with all aspects of the work and finances throughout the entire process. This is a business with integrity, charged us less than quoted due to materials not used/needed on project. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a new roof!
Update: They did come and finish the roof install and a patch on another house (did a great job - quality is certainly great). Changing to a 4 star due to the year to get it finished but hope to have the opportunity to change it back to a 5 star with the next project. Changing review to a 1 star from 5 star. I'm a general contractor, used Tough Roofing for several houses, but they never finished the last house and won't return calls, texts, or voice mail. I've tried literally dozens of times to get a hold of them.
The guys at Tough Roofing are fantastic to work with. They showed up at 7am sharp to remove the old roof, and by dinnertime we had a brand new roof! Going with a small, family-run business gave us more confidence in their work, because they don't subcontract the labor. We also didn't have to wait as long to get on their schedule as with a larger company. We needed to relocate some roof vents to make room for solar panels. Pedro's crew had installed the roof originally, and they did great job with this small update too. Quick, clean, and professional.
