Great place! Have been a customer for about 2 years. Caitlyn listens to what you want and pays attention to the little things. She’s professional, friendly, and just a cool person.
Been coming here to see Caitlyn for 2 years now, but the way we talk it up, feels like we’ve known each other forever. Everyone is so welcoming and fun. The adult beverage while you wait doesn’t hurt either!
Went in to get a standard shortening of the sides, and a few inches off the top, and came out looking like a vanilla ice cream cone. It turned out I had been going to this barber since I was a teenager and hadn't been back for several years and had accidentally signed up to get a haircut from her, which was funny and I was very excited to do. I’ve been going to Tough Nickel for years and it’s hands down my favorite place to get some hair therapy. I actually feel withdrawal if I don’t have an upcoming haircut scheduled with Caitlyn since they book so quickly. The staff is always friendly, the energy in the shop is always positive and fun, and you can tell everyone there genuinely enjoys what they do & working with one another.
