I ordered online and left some fairly complex instructions to ensure flowers reached an unsuspecting recipient without tipping her off about their arrival. My instructions were followed to the letter, and when I rang in the afternoon to check if everything was okay, the shop assistant even offered to ring the courier and subsequently verified that everything had gone to plan. This was exceptional service, and the floral arrangement itself was lovely.
Accidentally purchased two bouquets of flowers and a lovely lady from the shop called to confirm if it was an accident or if it was on purpose then immediately fixed the issue without a problem when I admitted I accidentally bought two bouquets. Many businesses would’ve just kept the money and rolled on with the day. She was also very nice about my mix up too.
