My elderly mother sent me a bunch of flowers November 2025, via this company through Interfora. I received flowers but nothing like the picture my mother thought she had paid for, after she complained to this company, they convinced her to purchase another bunch of flowers! The second bunch of flowers were again very different to what she ordered. They take no responsibility for these orders.... just the money. Interflora also did not reply to an email to explain what happened.
I've been using Touchwood for years, and they've never let me down. Professional, creative service with a warm, personal touch. Thank you Ashley and crew!

Amazing service! I went online late in the day, picked out my flowers and they were delivered to my mum in hospital before 10am next day, and they looked exactly like their photo on the web. Incredible service
This was a really good service. I accidentally chose a wrong date for delivery and they responded immediately and rectified. And my family member loved the flowers.
