Fantastic service. I placed an order in the evening (in the UK) and woke to a text from my sister thanking me for the beautiful flowers, with a photo of a beautiful arrangement. Wonderful service, thank you.
Great service! Flowers looked lovely, reasonable bunch for price. . I would have liked a photo of the bunch as I was unsure whether I'd see them, but did and was happy.
My elderly mother sent me a bunch of flowers November 2025, via this company through Interfora. I received flowers but nothing like the picture my mother thought she had paid for, after she complained to this company, they convinced her to purchase another bunch of flowers! The second bunch of flowers were again very different to what she ordered. They take no responsibility for these orders.... just the money. Interflora also did not reply to an email to explain what happened.
I've been using Touchwood for years, and they've never let me down. Professional, creative service with a warm, personal touch. Thank you Ashley and crew!
