Its in a bad location in Grand Rapids. Im a young woman and its not safe to go by yourself. The staff is friendly, but you have to wait a long time for your appoinment when you arrive for your sheduled time. The building ALWAYS stinks (it reaks!) and the bathrooms are always dirty. Never use them! The walls are all white, not a very friendly place to have thearapy.
