Extremely satisfied with my experience here. I arrived 1 hour before my appointment and got in right away and was out the door before my appointment time ! Staff was professional and kind hearted !
I love this Touchstone Imaging Center! 🩻🦄🪽🥇 I was able to tell me MRI Technician that my symptoms were new and very painful, and she was able to get the results marked for priority. She went above and beyond just like my MRI Technician before her. They go outta their way to do what they say they will do, they are a business of excellence and should be praised for always going above and beyond. They don't just talk the talk they walk the walk! Clean, comfortable and professional employees. The experience was good, but be sure to check with insurance after the procedure. I was billed a substantial amount by Touchstone up front at the time of the appointment then my insurance covered all costs. I was not notified of being eligible for a refund of what I paid. I had to go digging. It made me question how many others were charged extra that didn’t follow up.
I highly recommend them to everyone! If you need any imaging done choose here! From the time you walk in and check in your staff makes you feel like family!! The site was clean from top to bottom and that’s as it should be! From checking in to going in the back to have your exam done They make you feel calm and comfortable.
