their doctor who read my husband's CT MISSED the 2 cancerous tumors (he referred to them as 'thickenings") just 2 months before one grew large enough to obstruct my husband's colon. I have tried calling them, and was told the doctor would call, but apparently he had better things to do. They have also reported us to the credit agencies for non-payment even though my husband had reached his out of pocket limit and doesn't owe them a dime, a fact which they SAID they would remedy over a month ago!
Unfortunately, I've been in need of their services twice now in the past year. I've had a scan and a guided ct scan biopsy done here. Fortunately, this place is great. The wait has been minimal. The waiting room is comfortable with good coffee and tv. Everyone there is nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and patiently answered any questions I had. I will go back to this place if I need any more procedures done, and I will recommend them to all my friends and family.
Appointment was at 10 a.m, we sat patiently for 1 hour & 10 minutes.
My husband and I have been using Concord Imaging for their services for a couple years now. We ABSOLUTELY love the staff. They are helpful and compassionate with your situation. If you're in search of an Imaging Center...this is it!❤
Since they opened 10 years ago, I have always gotten excellent service and prompt attention when I needed scans or x-Rays of any kind. This is the only place I will go for my imaging needs. Thank you Jeremy and Suzanne and staff for a terrific 10 years.
This place takes away all fear from you the moment you walk in the door. Everyone starting with the receptionist makes you feel like your an old friend. They are very helpful in every way.
They took great care of my sister. And were very considerate, and polite
