Very friendly staff! The radiology technician was very professional!
Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Try to get all of my scans done here. The technicians are great. Never a long wait. Highly recommend!
Customer service at the front desk and people behind them was not very friendly. They all seemed bothered and stressed. Doesn't seem like a very good working environment.
The staff is very cordial and friendly. I went for a ultra sound a 1st time and when my Dr ask for a second check up I didn't hesitate to go back to concord
My husband and I always request to go to Concord Imaging.i can't thank them enough for the patience and understanding they express when I get a MRI. Not the easiest thing for me to do. Would not go anywhere else for a mammogram. All our experiences have been pleasing and professional.
I have not yet take my xray but customers service was great...She was very nice and resepct..I wil be back Tuesday
This was my first time to use this facility and I was blown away!! When I walked in I was amazed at the waiting room. The chairs were stuffed, high back chairs and so comfy. When I got to the back, after a short wait in the front, the technician was so friendly. Going into the MRI I was blown away again because I was actually asked what kind of music I liked before putting on a nice headset. The music was exactly what I listen to, Classic Rock of the 70s.
