UPDATE: Touchstone replied to this review with a generic phone number and gave a canned response to my BBB complaint claiming they "address concerns directly with the patient." This is demonstrably false. I have now called Corporate, the Main Office, and left multiple voicemails for the local Center Manager—none of which have been returned. Using HIPAA as an excuse to avoid explaining a bait-and-switch billing practice is cowardly. I was originally quoted ~$300 for a CT scan. When the decision was made to add contrast, the price jumped to ~$700, which I paid in full at the time of service. A month later, I received a supplemental bill for an additional $60 for "contrast," with the justification that "everyone uses a different amount."
