Yesterday was my second time using Touchstone Electric and Tyler Harris. When I call to make an appointment I ask for him specifically. He is knowledgeable , thorough and makes sure the job is done right. Quality work is sometimes hard to find these days. Yesterday he and his partner added pendant lights over our island, a chandelier over our dinning table, added 2 6 inch lights and troubleshooting non-working receptacles. Everything looks great.

Chris installed recessed lighting, switches, bathroom lights, and an outlet. He communicated very well throughout the entire process. He was prompt, took pride in his work, and very detail oriented. He ensured we were happy with the finished product and that he left our house as clean as before he started. We will definitely use Chris again and recommend him to our friends. He is outstanding!!

They were assigned to us through the electric car charger program at duke energy so I was a little skeptical but ended up being thoroughly impressed. Excellent communication, service and satisfied w the results. Christian was so young to be leading a crew but he showed why he’s trusted w that responsibility.
