I have helped relocate 8 Families into a Touchstone home over the last 3 years and all of my clients have nothing but positive experiences. When buying or building there will always be obstacles & Touchstones communication is outstanding! They provide a team like atmosphere and have the knowledge and experience to make all types of buyers feel comfortable during the home buyer / building process. I trust them tremendously.
When dealing with Touchstone Development, we were given incorrect information by the owner when discussing the purchase of a new home (options included in the price of the home, current promotions, price expected) , utilized this information when writing an offer on this home, only to be told that the information given was not as we were told. In essence, we were lied to. I would not trust this builder.
