My dad is in Pine Shadow Retreat in Porter, TX, a newly acquired Touchstone Community. I believe that he is in the best place that the greater Houston area has to offer.
I am torn when I write this because I’ve been bullied to not speak out since 2017 until now. I loved the people I worked with at Ussery Roan personally but management was poor and bullies. I had hurt my back while working and was told that if I left to go get checked out that I would be fired because they were short handed..so I waited until after work to go to the hospital and get an X-ray only to find out I had a torn muscle. The Heights of Gonzales is a great place to work at. My rehab team is awesome.
yeah I worked here this place sucks they fired me for being sick and they don't care for the residents don't bring your loved one here they wont be treated right
I'm going to start by leaving a remark here. My father inlaw was cared for by Heights of Heubner!!! WARNING NEVER take your love ones there. They didn't feed him, medicate him, move him, read the charge notes for care, he came home with a bladder that almost ruptured because they didn't even keep track of urination or bowl movements.. Dominic is a horrible nurse and this facility should be ashamed of themselves. I’m disgusted with the lack of compaction and care of all the nurses and staff.
