The property management company was horrible from start to finish. The communication when trying to move in to one of their properties was horrible. We had our heat out for two weeks in February of 2019. Had the nerve to charge me for repairs that were due from normal wear and tear. All in all a horrible experience dealing with this company. I don't even know how they are still in business.
Touch point has been awful to work with. Their staff is impossible to contact, and will wait days/weeks before getting back to you. No one from their staff has an email address you can reply to and getting through their automated system to leave a voicemail takes ten minutes. I was notified on Monday that we would need to submit proof of income for *****, not sure why being he is just a co-signer to ensure we pay rents on time, and the qualifications stated if score was 550 we could use a co-signer, however ***** submitted the documents. No one ever answers the phone when you call them. ... read more
Business response:
Dear ****** *****, I am sorry that we could not move forward with your application, but I would like to explain your questions: 1.- I was notified on Monday that we would need to submit proof of income for *****, not sure why being he is just a co-signer to ensure we pay rents on time: If you add a co-signer in your application, that means that in case that you can´t cover the rent at some point, the co-signer will do it on behalf of you. We need to make sure that the Co-signer earns enough income and that makes the Co-sig... read more
