RecommendedStart to finish they are the best. They are very courteous and kind at the front desk, the doctors are always running on time and are all excellent. Dr. Kerrigan puts my kids at ease and makes every visit a joy to go to. They are available for urgent issues at any hour. They do not accept children who are not vaccinating so that other kids in the practice are not at risk.
Love Touchpoint Pediatrics! We’re new parents and they have been amazing. We stuck with Dr Kerrigan who was on call when I delivered my daughter and she has been amazing!! She is very attentive, you can tell she adores kids. She never makes you feel stupid for asking a million (sometimes stupid) questions and takes the time every single appointment, so you never feel rushed or stressed. Ask me a year ago how I felt about Touchpoint, I would paint a very different picture, however, when they nickel/dime you for a simple form your picture you once created in now a complete mess! Payment for a form, to missing an appointment that was out of your control to finally looking for another practice because of these ridiculous payments. They have the nerve to charge me $150 to release my three boys' records. Records that are copied at the copier! I'm now held hostage to this! I referred over a dozen to this practice.... read more
Our children are so well cared for, and the doctors are exceptional. The front desk is a pleasure to deal with on every occasion. We are always accommodated and well cared for. The doctors are patient and kind and listen to all our concerns. My boys love their Touchpoint Family!
Good doctors, but one of the reception staff is unfriendly, rude, unprofessional, unempathetic.
My husband and I are grateful for the care that is provided our children. They take last minute appointment when our kids are sick and always address all questions and concerns that we may have. They even have an overnight on call doctor outside of office hours and gets back to you right away. We usually see Dr Kerrigan but have had the other providers and we feel confident in the level or care that they all provide.
My family & I live in Sparta. We live in the boonies LOL Yes. We love Touchpoint Pediatrics so much that we are willing to travel 45 minutes just to see them instead of a local pediatrician.
